Who We Rent To – Licensed Professionals in Florida (we verify all licenses):

• Estheticians or Full Specialists

  • Lash extensions, brows, facials, waxing, makeup ect

• Nail Technicians

  • No acrylics or any strong-smelling products allowed

  • Use of such products will result in immediate contract termination

• Massage Therapists

  • Must be licensed in the state of Florida

• Cosmetic Tattoo Artists & Fine Line Tattoo Artists

  • Must hold appropriate licensing

• Hair Stylists

  • Only dry haircuts, dry styling, or extension services permitted

  • Note: No shampoo bowls or sinks are available in rooms. You are welcome to purchase portable options. 

    Documents Required Before Renting:

    • A copy of your government-issued photo ID (State ID or Driver’s License)

    • Your business license and any additional licenses required for your services

    • Your LLC registration or EIN number

    • Your professional license (must be valid and active in the state of Florida)

    • Proof of professional liability insurance

    • Direct bank withdrawal information

      • We require weekly rent payments via automatic bank withdrawal.

    • Security deposit (equal to half one month’s rent) is required before move-in
